Short Summary:
| Witness account: "On the evening of March 5, 1990, I went out again to get some fresh air. It was heavily overcast, but the bright light in the sky (just above the horizon) immediately caught my eye. Since I often go for walks in the evening and observe the sky, I can confidently say that I know what an airplane, helicopter, satellite, balloon, or flare looks like. Well, it wasn't any of those! What I found very unusual was that the object remained stationary and didn't change its position for over two hours! I don't know how long it was there, but by 10:00 p.m. I'd had enough and went to bed. It should be noted that the object flickered brightly on and off, sometimes going completely 'out' only to flash again at full intensity. Occasionally, something like a greenish-blue glow was visible. The flashing wasn't caused by passing clouds, as at least a bright glow would have remained visible then (similar to a [missing word])." (Moon, when the clouds obscure it). Furthermore, I should mention that once, very briefly, it moved upwards or downwards, like a spotlight; I can't say whether it came from above or below. I can't really say how far away the object was, so I can't say anything about its size. Incidentally, the object had no definite outline. The case file has water damage. |
